Your browser, your choices.

Efficiency HQ uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security and the preferences you choose. Nonessential advertising and analytics tracking are not enabled by default. There is no marketing-consent banner because this release does not ask to activate those trackers.

Sign-in and security

The wlva_session cookie identifies your authenticated session. The signed wlva_tenant_context cookie identifies the selected workspace; server checks still enforce membership and permissions. The wlva_browser_recognition cookie helps recognize a previously used browser and supports new-browser security notices. Recovery flows also use short-lived protected state to complete the action you requested. These controls do not grant access to another workspace.

Your preferences and drafts

The wlva_theme cookie remembers your selected appearance. Local storage remembers whether navigation is collapsed. Session storage may hold unfinished form drafts and request identifiers so that interrupted edits can be recovered and repeated clicks can be handled safely. These records support the feature you are using; they are not advertising profiles.

How long they remain

Session cookies expire according to their configured session lifetime or are invalidated by sign-out, password changes or access revocation. Browser recognition and appearance preferences can last longer. Tab-scoped drafts normally last for the browser tab’s session; local preferences remain until replaced or cleared. Server-side security and audit records have separate retention criteria explained in the Privacy Notice.

Managing browser storage

You can clear or block storage in your browser settings. Clearing required cookies signs you out and may remove preferences or unsaved drafts. Blocking required storage can prevent login, workspace selection or recovery from working. Use a private device for confidential workspace data.

Optional integrations and external sites

If you choose an external support form or an optional payment provider, that separate service may use its own cookies under its own notice. Opening this application does not require you to activate a payment integration.
