  3. Continue to hosted payment; your purchase can resume after sign-in.
  4. Open the prepared workspace and complete optional setup at your pace.

Capacity and payment

Clear terms as your team changes.

Purchased capacity and active staff are separate. Reductions take effect at renewal, require active staff to fit and must be reconciled before capacity is released. Pending invitations reserve no seats.

Eligible overdue renewals have a seven-day grace period. Intentional cancellation does not add grace. After the paid period and applicable grace, ordinary changes pause while records and billing recovery remain available.

The one-time setup fee covers assistance with supported integration, branding and domain configuration. It does not request or book assistance, or include unlimited custom development.
